If we preferably talk about the eligible standards of Females to become air hostesses must be:
·         Indian nationals with an Indian passport and be at least 18 years old
·         Educational Qualification should be successful completion of the 10+2 examination from a recognized Board or University
·         Fluency and clarity of speaking in English and Hindi are required for effective communication
·         Height: 155 cms minimum, with proportionate weight as determined by BMI
While for male candidates,
·         If you have recently completed your 12th-grade studies and want to work as an air hostess, you must be qualified in a variety of ways
·         And if you’re curious about the requirements, you should be 18 – 26 years old
·         10+2 with a hospitality degree or other graduate degree
·         Height must be at least 157.5 centimeters, and weight must be appropriate to height
·         Obtaining an Indian Passport, Unmarried, Perfect vision, Healthy skin with a fair to clean complexion, Each eye has a 6/24 vision

If we look at Most domestic airlines hiring applicants, they look at:
·         Candidates who have completed their 10+2 (High School) test from any recognized Board or University
·         The candidate should be able to communicate well in both English and Hindi, Pleasant personality with excellent color and body language
·         According to BMI, your height should be at least 155 cms, and your weight should be proportionate. Eyesight 6/6, Acceptable limit – +/- 1.5
·         When hiring a cabin crew member, airlines give preference to unmarried candidates
·         Candidates should be well-dressed and have a solid understanding of body language
·         When you’re in uniform, no tattoos should be visible
·         Most flight attendants are flying back-to-back flights as domestic carriers fly around 100 hours each week, compared to 25 to 30 hours in the past
Furthermore, International Airline air hostess requirements are :
·         At the time of joining, you must be at least 21 years old
·         A minimum arm-reach of 212 cms is required for height (on tiptoes for females), 160 cm is the minimum height requirement
·         Graduated from high school (Grade 12)
·         English fluency is required (written and spoken)
·         While in airline uniform, no visible tattoos are permitted (cosmetic and bandage coverings are not permitted)
·         Adaptable to new people, places, and situations
·         Physically capable of doing this rigorous profession, with a healthy BMI
·         Ability to work as part of a global team
·         Excellent interpersonal skills, and an outgoing attitude
·         Applicants must enjoy traveling
·         Customer service is something you are very passionate about
·         Willingness to relocate to any location on the planet

More than all the basic standards, To become an air hostess, Candidates must pass an airline-conducted admission exam. When a candidate passes the assessment, they will be invited to participate in the main interview, which will evaluate their voice, language proficiency, communication skills, and personality. The airline will give chosen individuals six months of cabin crew training. The following documents are required to be submitted during the process of selection, such as  Passport,  Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Mark sheet from a recognized Board or University for Class Xth and XIIth, Resignation letter/email from the previous employer (to whomsoever applicable).
