We are a company catering to airline trainee pilots and cabin crew students. Registered in Mumbai, we have our operations active across India, Dubai (UAE), and Miami (USA).
The road from a ‘Student Pilot’ to a professional ‘Commercial Pilot’ is an important journey in itself, both for you, and our team SFA & ATP.
For over a decade, we have been welcoming student pilots with dreams and a vision. We seek enthusiasm in them to learn and adapt to a variety of situations. A pilot is someone who has the ability to work effectively with a variety of people, colleagues, staff, and others in a climate that promotes cultural diversity and multicultural understanding.
We also seek students who are eager to share their love for flying with people and spread positivity about aviation.

The reason for our success in the aviation industry is because of our mantra, “Quality over Quantity”. Every year we only choose 10 student pilots for our Pilot Program Course. With time, we might increase the number of students but without even slightly hampering the quality of education.
We are so confident about our quality that we might be the only academy that signs a contract and other documents on legal stamp paper bonds. We make sure that your trust and money are in safe hands.
The Big Chief
Our Big Chief, has been in aviation for over 16 years. He earned all of his rating CFI-CFII-MEII-ATPL from GCAA /FAA/DGCA. Over a decade ago, Big Chief decided to take the entrepreneurial route and started Sierra Flight Academy and Airline Trainee Pilot.
Big Chief dedicated almost his entire life to flying. He loves sharing his experiences with people who walk through his door. As our chief flight instructor, you can also find him in the office greeting our guests with a smile and giving the best recommendations.
Our Big Chief has now appointed more experienced and trustworthy flying instructors in our academy which helped us expand.

Meet Capt. Sarthak Kohli. He is an airline pilot with over a 1000 hours of commercial flying experince!
He is a gifted pilot and he is a guest instructor/mentor at SFA&ATP giving our student the real world experince that they need!
